Systematic Reviews, published by BMC, has an exciting opportunity for researchers with an interest in evidence-based healthcare and systematic reviews. We are recruiting additional Protocol Editors to join the Senior Editorial Team to maintain high quality and timely editorial process for protocols.
The Protocol Editor role involves reviewing systematic review protocols submitted to the journal against PRISMA-P and PROSPERO criteria, assessing for appropriateness, and submitting decisions based on these reviews. Protocol Editors will work with and be supported by Associate Editors who peer review protocols.
Candidates should meet the below criteria:
1. Have published at least 10 papers, AND
2. Have been a first, last or corresponding author on at least 5 systematic review articles and two other types of papers (which could include systematic review protocols), OR
3. Have significant research interest and track record in evidence-based healthcare and systematic reviews.
