At least 50% of included studies have to be conducted in countries having a very high UNESCO human development index: Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong China (SAR), Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea (Republic of Korea), Kuwait, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, UK, USA

If countries of primary studies are not reported in the systematic review we will include this reference and report on doubts about the applicability to countries having a very high UNESCO human development index.
