-Populations comprised exclusively of patients with primary diseases with an increased risk for dementia such as Parkinson disease, HIV infection, multiple sclerosis, stroke, post traumatic brain injuries, infectious diseases, psychiatric conditions (e.g., alcohol abuse, drug abuse, major depressive disorder)
